TIMEVALUE Function
This function converts a text string showing a time, to a decimal that represents the time in Excel.
Syntax: TIMEVALUE(time_text)
Formula: =TIMEVALUE("4:50 AM")
Result: 0.21388889
Formula: =TIMEVALUE("6:00 AM")
Result: 0.25
